Job Summary:

As Store Manager you are responsible for the daily operation of the Shop. We are looking for a leader with relevant tire and auto repair knowledge and experience to manage and direct all of our service activities in a busy retail location. You must be willing and able to lead by example and deliver excellent customer service while coaching staff and technicians to ensure top quality services and drive location growth.

Our Store Manager is a positive, high-energy, customer-focused position and is responsible for the overall operations.

Job Duties:

· Lead and manage busy front counter.

· Experience in purchasing tires and automotive parts for customer vehicles

· Superior customer service with proven track record

· Oversee inventory procedures are followed

· Motivate and develop sales staff to ensure growth

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

· Maintain a safe work environment

· Oversee shop organization and cleanliness to ensure a positive customer experience and safe work environment

· Build customer relationships.

· Assess customers' needs and provide solutions according to their needs.

· Follow Sales Processes.

· Direct the workflow in the service department.

· Meet and exceed defined goals and objectives.

· Handle day-to-day paperwork involved with retail operations.

· Open and close the store as a part of key holder duties.

· Coach, manage and develop store employees.

· Understand and analyze store profit & loss statement.

· Facility management.

· Clean shop, showroom, restrooms.

· Work well in a team environment with a positive attitude.

· Do the right thing for the customers, employees, and vendors.

· Other duties as assigned by General Manager

Requirements:

· Valid drivers' license

· General automotive experience

· 5 years Management experience in auto service environment highly preferred.

· Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers, management, and customers.

· Workshop environment with physical requirements and long periods of standing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
